Red Dry Mature Wine, 2013

A fascinating, mature blend of indigenous Feteasca Neagra [Black Maiden] and classic Cabernet Sauvignon, paired together after 12 months of separate maturation in Moldovan and American oak barrels. In its wines EtCetera Winery reflects a true sense of Moldovan terroir and family winemaking traditions. Situated in Purcari Valley, on the bank of the Nistru River, near the Black Sea, the vineyards are managed as ecologically as possible with everything done by hand. The entire family works with passion in the vineyard making sure that each cluster enjoys a special care. Only the best grapes make it to fermentation, and into wines of unique Moldovan character.
