Red Dry Wine, 2013

An intriguing, youthful blend of classic Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, and indigenous Rara Neagra and Saperavi, picked together so the exact blend depends on what the vines produce each year. In its wines EtCetera Winery reflects a true sense of Moldovan terroir and family winemaking traditions. Situated in Purcari Valley, on the bank of the Nistru River, near the Black Sea, the vineyards are managed as ecologically as possible with everything done by hand. The entire family works with passion in the vineyard making sure that each cluster enjoys a special care. Only the best grapes make it to fermentation, and into wines of unique Moldovan character.
