White Brut Sparkling, NV

This unique masterpiece comes from Cricova, the biggest producer of sparkling wines in Moldova and in all South-Eastern Europe. The second largest wine cellars in the world, Cricova Cellars stretch for 37 miles, 260ft below ground, with labyrinthine roadways named symbolically the Underground Wine City. Crisecco brut is the first and the only sparkling wine produced in Moldova from indigenous Feteasca Alba [White Maiden] and Muscat, following Charmat method with secondary fermentation taking place in pressurized tanks, like for Italian Prosecco.
